- Chromebook for high school graduates with a 3.5 or better grade point average (GPA)
- Free sports physical for enrollees ages 6–18 and up to $100 to purchase fitness and exercise-related products, such as mouthguards, bike helmets, resistance bands, and more
- $50 for youth club memberships, like Boy and Girl Scouts, Boys & Girls Clubs, YMCA, FFA, and 4-H

How to enroll in Amerigroup DC
Apply for DC Medicaid benefits.
Enrollment in Medicaid is year-round. See if you’re eligible and apply online through the DC Health Link website.
Once you’re approved, you’ll be assigned to a health plan. After you start, you’ll have 90 days to change to a different plan.
