How to switch to Amerigroup
You can switch your health plan in one of these ways:
Call Iowa Medicaid Member Services at 800-338-8366 (TTY 800-735-2942) Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. to speak with a representative. You can also call 24/7 to use the automated phone system.
Email your completed managed care organization (MCO) change form to Iowa Medicaid Member Services.
